GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
GRAPESEED OIL (OR ANY COOKING OIL) FOR FRYING
WET INGREDIENTS
2 CUPS UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
1TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
INSTRUCTIONS
COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND USE A FORK TO COMBINE WELL
COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS AND USE A WISK OR FORK TO COMBINE WELL (LET IT SIT FOR ONE TO TWO MINUTES
WASH OYSTER MUSHROOMS AND PATT EXCESS WATER WITH A PAPER TOWEL
DIP IN WET INGREDIENTS. COAT WELL
DIP IN DRY INGREDIENTS AND COAT WELL
ONCE COATED, FRY ON 400 IN DEEP FRYER 2 MIN EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
